The Versa Power™ cooking system offers an impressive range from 400 to 65,000 BTUs, giving you the flexibility to handle everything from gentle simmering to rapid boiling.

Its dual burner design includes a brass center burner adjustable from 400 to 20,000 BTUs and stainless steel outer tube burner adjustable from 5,000 to 45,000 BTUs. Use them independently or together for precise temperature control across a wide range of cooking styles.

Built for Heavy-Duty Performance

The super heavy-duty spider grate is engineered to support cookware from the smallest saucepans to 100-quart stock pots, making it ideal for everything from gourmet sauces to large-scale seafood boils.

The center ring grate can be removed to use as a trivet. This also gives you space to use the optional commercial round-bottom wok, perfect for teppanyaki, stir-fry, or tortilla cooking.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with the AIPG grill, the Versa Power Burner features matching knobs and LumaTouch™ control panel lighting, creating a unified and stylish outdoor kitchen aesthetic. Knob lighting adjusts dynamically with burner heat, giving you intuitive visual feedback. The knobs and full panel lighting have 20 color options and 8 brightness levels.
