This Alfresco Natural Gas Sear Zone Side Burner features a 27,500 BTU ceramic infrared burner that preheats to over 1,500 degrees in about 4 minutes. Lock in all the juices of your favorite cut of steak while the special U-grate catches the drippings, vaporizing them into flavor-enhancing smoke and leaving the beautiful, steakhouse style sear marks everyone loves. This AXE model sear zone side burner has a rapid preheat for easy searing or complete cooking, all commercial stainless steel for lasting durability, heli-arc welded seams, a matching stainless steel cover and control knob accent lights to match the Alfresco Grills product line. 110V is required for ignition. Stamped with the Alfresco logo, you can be assured you are receiving high quality outdoor kitchen equipment.

*All Sear Zone units with a serial number starting with 18 have 110 VAC ignition system and control knob accent lights.
