Built from durable stainless steel, this power burner includes a removable stainless steel lid for protection when not in use. The heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grid features a removable 9-inch inner ring for wok cooking, while a stainless steel wind guard beneath the grate concentrates heat for maximum efficiency.

A dual-ring burner with independent controls delivers flexible heat output, with 25,000 BTUs on the inner ring and 35,000 BTUs on the outer ring. This design allows for everything from gentle simmering to high-heat cooking for large pans and skillets. The burner ring is made from commercial-quality 304 cast stainless steel for long-lasting performance, and a simple push-and-turn ignition ensures reliable startups.

Backlit control knobs with safety glow LED illumination provide a clear visual indication when gas is flowing, making it easy to cook and entertain after dark. A power transformer is included for the lighting system.
