The grill can also be controlled using the integrated weather proof touch screen control that allows you to manually set temperatures from 140-725 degrees Fahrenheit or simply choose from one of the several pre-programmed food items with multiple levels of doneness. This pellet grill has a 16 gauge stainless steel vaporizer plate that promotes natural convection and turns drippings into flavorful smoky vapors.
