DCS grills are engineered for people who want to cook just like a professional chef in their own home. This 30-inch propane gas built-in grill features two 25,000 BTU U-shaped stainless steel burners that push an impressive total of 50,000 BTUs of cooking power. Each burner features a heat shield that directs heat upwards, maximizing grilling efficiency. DCS grills offer Ceramic Radiant Technology, which is a layer of ceramic rods placed between the burners and cooking grate. The rods provide intense, yet even heat, ensuring the temperature is consistent across the entire grilling surface. This innovative feature allows you to sear meat to perfection anywhere on the cooking grid. This grill boasts a 553 square inch main cooking surface with a lasting stainless steel cooking grid. The removable warming rack features a spacious 195 square inch, stainless steel warming area. Every DCS grill is handcrafted and constructed entirely of heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel.

Amazingly good
This is not a cheap grill I must say. From every angle, this grill is just amazing. Got no problem going from 0 degrees to 100 or more. It has a sear burner which is marvelous. Compared to other grills in fact this one is actually luxurious.

I've had the outdoor kitchen for a couple of weeks and it exceeded my expectations. We cook boneless chicken breasts, pork chops, and burger patties. All of them are much better than our old grill. We thought it would be difficult to learn how to use it, but it is very easy. We are so glad we chose this grill!

Despite living in New Jersey, we use our grill year-round (yes, in the snow). The only downside is that it will take some time to clean up as it falls on all shields, but the meal is well worth the extra effort.
