We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from BBQOutlets.com, so we do accept returns/exchanges with some exclusions. Items must be unused and unassembled and in their original packaging, and returned to us within 30 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund.
We do not accept clearance items, items that have been used, installed, or assembled, items that were marked as “non-returnable” in the product description, or custom-made/made-to-order products for returns. Returns requested outside of the 30-day return period are not eligible.
Qualifying items will be refunded in full, minus the shipping costs to and from the customer, after BBQ Outlets has received and inspected the items.
Please submit a Return Request below if your item is qualified for return. You will receive an email confirmation once we have received your request.
Once we have authorized the return request, we will email you return shipping labels with detailed instructions on returning the item.
If you want to exchange an item, you can either purchase a replacement to have shipped to you right away and have the return processed after, or you can send your item back to us, wait for the refund, and then purchase the replacement item for shipment.
