We then help them select the premier backyard features – from grills to patio furniture, fireplaces, and everything in between – that help customize the space for their pleasure.

We are looking for a professional customer service agent with some experience in Sales. Some of the duties are subjected but not limited to marketing and sales. The candidate needs to have the ability to interact with customers and work effectively, independently, and function within a team environment.

Job requirements:

• Team members interact with customers by welcoming them to the store, providing showroom tours, present the product features, answer any questions they might have.
• Assist and educate clients with their backyard/ sanctuary remodeling needs.
• Maintain detailed written notes and communication logs related to projects.
• Provide 3D designs using our design software – we will train you!
• Managing the full cycle ordering process to support a seamless customer experience
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.

Qualifications:

• At least one year of Sales CRM experience is a plus, but not required
• Industrial sales & BBQ Design experience is a plus, but not required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must bring a positive attitude and be a team player
• Be willing to accept training and support from senior leadership

Additional skills and experience

• High Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Outlook, and QB Enterprise is a plus
• Effective writing and customer service skills
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and creative skills
• Web search tools
• Detail-oriented, hardworking, ability to work independently, under supervision, and within a team setting.
• Must be able to function to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Education

AA/BA degree preferred
