Surinder is the founder and CEO for BBQ Outlets, starting the company in California in 2005 with two retail locations. He launched an aggressive expansion of the company online in 2020, and is expanding its retail footprint in the U.S. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science and served as a lead software consultant in the U.S. since 1990 before founding BBQ Outlets.
Robert serves as CMO responsible for establishing and managing the company’s strategic marketing and brand-building programs including communications, sponsorships and promotions. He previously served as head of advertising and promotion for Disneyland, strategic planning and marketing for renown corporate identity firms, and was editor/co-author for a leading textbook — Marketing at Retail. He is a Distinguished Instructor at UCLA.
Kevin serves as CRO where he is responsible for all sales for BBQ Outlets — online and offline, including the management of all retail operations in the U.S. Kevin has 30+ years experience in sales leadership, operations and enablement and consistently built teams generating double and triple digit growth, with leadership roles in retail, e-commerce and high-tech, most recently with Cloudinary and Dremio.
David Trinkle, CFO, is responsible for overseeing the company's financial functions including implementing its financial strategies and programs, working with its financial resources and stakeholders. David, CPA, began his career in public accounting with Coopers & Lybrand and transitioned to M&M Mars, Inc, serving as a senior financial and business planning executive. He has wide experience in a variety of high-level financial roles including Golden Eagle Express, Two Chefs On A Roll, Manhattan Beachwear and TRL Systems..
Jaymes is the company’s CSO, focusing on overall corporate growth and strategic initiatives, especially in online revenue enhancement and AI and AR platforms. Jaymes has a 30-year background in digital and Internet projects for the past 30+ years with Comic Con, Digital Hollywood, Motown Records, NFL NBA plus gaming, education, blockchain and technology ventures. .
As CCO, Brian oversees all digital, internal, investor, and external marketing communications. He also manages email, social media, and traditional advertising campaigns to drive revenue. Before joining BBQ Outlets, Brian was a communications and marketing executive for Ocean Aero, Esri, Fox Cable Networks, Fox Sports, and the National Football League. He also has owned and operated retail oil change franchises in Southern California.
