BBQ Outlets products are currently only available to be shipped within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. To qualify free shipping, minimum cart value required is $99.
We will send your order to you as soon as we possibly can, but please note custom orders can sometimes take up to 8 weeks for delivery. If the items are in-stock, you should receive them within about 2 weeks. You can track your order status in your account, but any estimates we provide are based on what the delivery company tells us and so is not a guarantee.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once your order is confirmed, so please be sure to give us the correct address! We will refund you for the cost of the product, but you will be charged shipping both ways if the order couldn’t reach your residence and is returned to us because you provide the wrong address.
If your order needs to be shipped more than 50 miles from us, it will be delivered via freight. The freight company will call you to schedule a delivery window of usually 4 or 8 hours, during which time, you must be physically present to sign for and accept the package. You should carefully inspect the pallet and your package(s) for any damage, as well as confirm the order numbers match.
Note any tears, dents, etc. on the receipt the freight driver has you sign to accept the shipment. If you see an excessive amount of damage to the package(s), you should refuse the delivery. Feel free to give us a call at 800-437-4188 if you need help deciding whether you should accept or refuse the delivery due to visible damage.
If you find any damaged or missing items once you start unpacking, you must notify us within 5 business days of the delivery. We cannot send replacements or offer refunds if you contact us more than 5 business days later.
Semi-trucks with lift gate services make freight deliveries and they will drop your item at the curb – not your backyard, porch, garage, etc., so you will be responsible for moving it from the curb to its final location. We’ve learned that you can usually get a few friends to help you move things from the curb you offer them some BBQ! (We recommend having at least 2 people on standby to help you.)
